Fiberglass geogrids are composed of fiberglass filaments coated with an inorganic sizing agent. These products possess the properties of high tensile strength in the warp and weft directions, low elongation, excellent temperature range, and good anti-aging and alkali-resistance.

Geogrids are extensively used for the reinforcement of asphalt pavement, concrete pavement and roadbeds. Compared to traditional materials, the use of fiberglass geogrids can reduce construction costs, extend road service life, and prevent deflection cracks. They can also be used to reinforce roadbeds in soft soil for railways, airfields, irrigation channels, and water dams.

Unlike many other types of geotextiles, geogrids are used almost entirely for reinforcement. Their large aperture size limits their effectiveness as a filtration layer unless used with a widely graded soil with the most coarse material (gravel or rocks) adjacent to the grid. The high tensile strength that geogrids posess make them ideal for reinforcement applications.

Geocell is a 3-D structural honey comb body which is made of HDPE Strips .It is widely used in the basement of highway, railway, reinforce soil wall, etc.

          

The Geoce1l is a 3--D structural honeycomb body. Which is made of polymer through continuous hot-working method. It’s used In strengthening soft soil bed----when the thick basic layer is laid While the project is short of soil aggregate. It can powerfully restrict the side displacement of aggregate and further Strengthen the bed and also meet the requirement of load--carrying capacity of the bed with limit aggregate.

The Geoce1l is used in protecting the slope surface--wl1en planting grass is used to protect the slope where the aggregate is not easy to stay because of ful1 weathering .It’s simp1e in overlap between flaky materials and fast in construction. There are little holes in the connections of flaky materials and they are good for flowing water smoothly.

This product is made of polypropylene on circle weave machine ,the mass is available from 80g/sm to 480g/sm,and the max width can get 600cm.

Our geotextile are UV stabilized to give protection against deterioration under exposure to natural ultra-Viet light.


Geomat                

          

Geomat is a new-typed seed planting material with tri-dimension structure. Which can effectively prevent the soil being washed away.increase the area of the virescence, improving the envirment.

APPLICATION OF GEOMAT
Before the seed turf growing up,which can protect the ground surface from the erosion,and at the same time fix the seeds. The complex protection layer formed after the plants grows us, can endure high water level, the washing out of big velocity of flow .which can substitute the concrete ,bitumen, throwing stone etc ,mainly being used in highway, railway, river way, embankment, hillside etc.

APPLICATIONS OF GEOTEXTILES

Filtration:
The filtration layer of the dykes, river canal, seacoast, concrete slope, retaining walls. At the same time of preventing the clay granule from passing, it allows the water and the gas pass through freely.
Separation:
The isolation of the railway dregs and the roadbed, roadbed and the soft base, surface of the airdrome and parking lot and the groundsill, different dam materials. It isolates the soil and the gravel of two kinds different granule pathway from the groundsill or other buildings.
Adding muscle:
The highway, railway, soil-stone dam, breakwater, airport, backfill soil of retaining wall, slope protection, etc in which distributes the earth stress, prevents the side-displacement of the earth body and improves the earth body stability.
Protection:
It prevents the bank from being washed out, protects the bank and the bottom, prevents the water and soil from being washed away.
